These terms govern purchases through Elvenz sales pages and related order channels. By ordering, you confirm that the information supplied is accurate and that you have legal capacity to contract.
3. Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Images may be illustrative and colours or minor details may vary due to screens, production updates or packaging. Essential characteristics and the final price are presented before confirmation.
4. Orders and contract formation
An order is an offer to purchase. We may verify details. The contract is formed when we accept the order or dispatch the goods. We may reject or cancel for lack of availability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, delivery limitations or another legitimate reason.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Unless another method is offered, payment is made to the courier at delivery. See Payment Methods.
6. Delivery
Indicative delivery is 24–48 hours from processing, subject to destination, courier availability and events outside our control.
7. Consumer rights
Consumers retain all mandatory rights, including the 14-day withdrawal right where applicable and the legal guarantee of conformity. Our policies do not limit those rights.

You must provide accurate details, be available to receive the parcel, follow product instructions and avoid unlawful or abusive use of our services.

Site content, branding, graphics and layout are owned by or licensed to Elvenz and may not be commercially reused without permission, except as permitted by law.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Competent courts are determined by applicable consumer and jurisdiction rules.
