1. Consumer right
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.
2. Withdrawal period
The period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the courier, acquires physical possession of the goods. For multiple deliveries, it runs from receipt of the last lot or piece.

5. Returning goods
After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from your communication. Contact us first for the correct destination. You normally bear the direct return cost.
6. Effects and reimbursement
We will reimburse eligible payments, including the least expensive standard delivery option where required by law. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods arrive or evidence of return is supplied.
7. Diminished value and exceptions
You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. The right does not apply where a statutory exception applies.
