1. Payment at delivery
Unless a different method is expressly shown during the order process, payment is made directly to the courier when the parcel is delivered. Available payment methods may depend on the courier and destination.
2. Amount due
The amount communicated in the order confirmation is the amount due, including applicable taxes and any disclosed delivery charges. Verify the total before payment.
3. Courier payment options
Some couriers accept cash only, while others may support electronic payment. Elvenz cannot guarantee a specific method unless it is expressly confirmed for your order.
4. Refused or unpaid deliveries
If a parcel is refused without a lawful reason or payment cannot be completed, it may be returned to us. We may decline future orders where repeated unjustified refusals cause costs or disruption, subject to applicable law.
5. Refunds
Where a refund is due for an order paid at delivery, we may request the information needed to make a bank transfer or use another agreed refund method.
